โครงการ “สร้างและพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการใหม่เชิงสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม” โดยกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม ได้พัฒนาสื่อความรู้ให้ทันสมัย โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีของเว็บในการถ่ายทอดเนื้อหา และเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ ให้กับผู้ที่สนใจจะก้าวเป็นผู้ประกอบการใหม่โดยพัฒนาระบบการจัดการหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการสร้างและพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการใหม่ด้วยการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการพัฒนาและยังลดช่องว่างในการเข้าถึงโอกาสการเรียนรู้ความเป็นผู้ประกอบการใหม่ ด้วยระบบการเรียนรู้ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-learning)

เพื่อให้ก้าวทันกับระบบเศรษฐกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลง กรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม ได้เล็งเห็น ถึงความสำคัญและความจำเป็นในการนำระบบดิจิทัลมาเสริมสร้างการบริการภาครัฐในการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลนักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และข้อมูลแนวโน้มการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ (Future trend) เป็นการรวมรวมและจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ในแต่ละสาขาอุตสาหกรรม

The Department of Industrial Promotion considers the importance and the need to bring digital systems to create a database of product designers and product design trends. IDC is a combination of data integration and development to promote and develop product designers in each industry.
As a part of Thailand Industry Expo 2019, The fashion show was arranged in order to present success cases from the DIP E-Learning project. The project aimed to create new entrepreneurs and develop innovation in the fashion industry.
